• Leave clear handover notes and respect access and data-handling rules.
• Review performance using conversation quality and retention alongside sales.

Send your writing languages, time zone, availability and relevant customer-service or account-support experience. You can include a short, non-explicit writing sample showing how you handle a question, a misunderstanding and a boundary.
